Rotate relay token after the closed PR #3

Closing a pull request without merging does not un-publish anything that was
pushed to it. The token in that branch has to be treated as burned.

Actions:

  • delete the branch
  • rotate RELAY_TOKEN on the relay side
  • work out whether anyone kept a local copy of that file
  • chase the item above. Ward keeps his working config in his own repo and
    I do not think anybody has asked him.

Leaving this open until somebody actually checks. Bob is on leave.

I do keep a working .env in my dotfiles for the tunnel bits. I will clean it up.
